        This Amazing Mango-Avocado Summer Salad is sweet, tangy, spicy, and all you want at the same time, a lovely combination of flavors! A lightly sweet & tangy dressing takes the whole thing over the top. You will feel just one big flavorful party with every bite! It’s filling, and now, this becomes dinner in our home. 


         Perfect as it is easy to add or subtract or substitute with other fruits. A fantastic blend of summer fruits and produce salad, making it ideal for summer barbeques! This salad is very quick to put together and tastes beyond this world. Just toss everything together with a generous drizzle of lime/lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Then, dig in! The best part about this recipe is that it’s so instant to make and that you’ll want to make it again and again.

          Great as a side to chicken, fish, or poultry. And yes, this one’s very kid-friendly too, especially if those mangos are sweet and ripe! With just a little chopping, splash honey(maple for vegan), some lime juice, and a dash of salt and you’ve got yourself a fantastic tropical salad in record time. Ingredients:
  • Mango 1, diced
  • Avocado 1, cubed
  • Blueberry ¼ Cup 
  • Cilantro/Coriander leaves 1 Tbsp, chopped
  • Red Onion 2 Tbsp, finely chopped
  • Jalapeno 1 Tbsp, Finely Chopped
  • Salt to Taste
  • Lime Juice 2 Tbsp
  • Honey/Maple Syrup 1 Tbsp

Instructions:
  • Finely chop an onion, jalapeno, and coriander leaves and keep it aside.
  • Dice mango and avocado and keep it aside.
  • Now, in a bowl, combine onion, mango, avocado, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and honey/maple syrup.
  • Toss to combine and allow the mixture to marinate for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
