What is Lassi?
Lassi is a popular traditional Yogurt-based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is a blend of yogurt, water, sugar, salt, sometimes spices, and sometimes fruit. So prepared this Mango Lassi Popsicles made a batch of Yogurt in my Instant Pot- easy-peasy, no-fail yogurt maker.

Ingredients:
- Mango pulp from 1 mango
- Homemade Yogurt / Curd / Dahi 2 Cups
- Sugar 2 tbsp(skip if using Mangoes are sweet)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add ice cubes, mango pulp, sugar, and yogurt into a grinder jar.
- Grind/blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the prepared smoothie into the popsicle mold.
- Freeze for 4-5 hours, until the popsicles are frozen solid.
- Once done they are ready to beat the heat of summer. Enjoy!!!
My Take:
- If your Mangoes are sweet then totally avoid the addition of sugar.
- If desired, add a small cube of Mangoes at the bottom of each popsicle.

- It makes 8-9 popsicles(it can be changed, depending on mold size you use).
- The calorie count is based on a 2000 calorie diet.
- Per serving contains 45 calories, along with 6.44 g carbohydrates and 4 g protein.
