One Pot Chicken Tikka Masala|Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala

Hello Food Lovers,

Flavourful, tender, yet juicy chicken breast smothered in a creamy, spicy gravy is my hubby's favorite! This is a perfect start of the weekend and a super easy dinner option that even the picky eaters will enjoy! This is one of those chicken recipes that you have had at some point in your life. I love serving this with my homemade butter naan and basmati rice. This creamy chicken tikka masala is ready in about 20 minutes. Every time I cook chicken breast in the instant pot, it comes out juicy, perfectly delicious and my family's comfort food.
In this recipe, I have used whole chicken breast(without cutting them into pieces), because it is easier to place on a trivet and cook thoroughly and once cooked I have chopped them into bite-sized pieces.
