Air Fryer Crispy and Crunchy Kale Chips

How to Make Best Kale Chips
Hello Foodies,
These Kale chips are ultra-crispy, healthy, delicious with the tinge of chat masala, and perfect for snacking! Making these Kale chips are simple, requiring just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes to prepare! These chips are a good option for movie night, game night, or when you just need a snack.

One of my friends gave me kale from her home garden and asked me to try kale chips, so I made them, and they came out so great! And we ate them at one sitting, so I bought a bag of kale from Publix. This time instead of sprinkling seasoning after air frying, I tossed them with oil and chaat masala, and air fried them. Voila! We Amazed at how good they came out. It is now one of my favorite snacks to make. It is a very healthy snack. This recipe is versatile and can be modified to include whatever flavors or seasonings you desire. I added a few options below.

  • You can flavor with whatever you want, like, parmesan cheese, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, or onion powder.
  • Make sure kale fits in one layer for max crispiness.
  • Never skip the drying part and keep the pieces larger.
