Instant Pot Indian Roasted Chickpeas / Roasted Chickpeas: Gluten-free, Soy-free, Nut-free, Vegan, Protein Rich Snacks Recipe

How to Make Spicy Indian Roasted Chickpeas Using Instant Pot and Air Fryer / Roasted Chickpeas: Gluten-free, Soy-free, Nut-free, Vegan Snacks Recipe
Hola Foodies,
Try this most addictive snack to munch on these quarantined days. Everyone loves crunchy, chatpata(tangy) chickpeas to snack on. Made non-fried, crispy roasted chickpeas using 6 ingredients. I have used my two favorite kitchen appliances that is Instant Pot to Cook Chickpeas and Air Fryer to roast them to make a perfectly crispy and crunchy chickpeas snack.

This can also be served as a salad, with a dash of lemon juice. Air Fry the chickpeas longer for a crispier, crunchier result. Enjoy lighter, protein-packed snacks that can satisfy a salty junk food craving. Using exotic spice blends in healthy snack options makes them much more intriguing. Chickpeas are healthy, but they aren’t so great straight out of the can (or boiling water). Pop them all through movie night, it’s healthy and guiltfree.

Different Names of Chickpeas: Garbanzo Beans, Chickpeas, Chana, Chole, Bengal Gram, and Egyptian pea.

Tips to Make Roasted Chickpeas:

  • Air Fry the chickpeas longer for a crispier result.
  • Instead of chaat masala, you can use dried mango powder/amchur powder.
