Hello Foodies,
A delicious Bharwa Mirchi side dish that you can make for your everyday meals to serve it along with Dal-Palak, Dal-Chawal, Phulka, or Bhakri for a daily meal. It is simple yet tasty stuffed green chilies prepared from stuffing the besan, peanuts, and coconut-based spice mixture to green chilies and then pan-fried until crispy. It can serve as a condiment or side dish for dal chawal or sambar rice.

There are varieties of ways to make Bharwa Mirchi in different parts of India. While making a cavity for the stuffing in the Mirchi, I have removed the seeds from the Mirchi. This will helps to reduce the spiciness. You can add a teaspoon of ghee to the stuffing for added taste. So let’s get started!
