How to Make Easy & Quick Vegetarian Thali
Hello Foodies,
Maharashtrian Bhakri Thali is a complete meal served on a single plate. On our one month trip to India(Back home), both our meal(lunch and dinner) a day was used to be a thali. I remember the wellbeing through my body when a platter adorned with piping-hot food made by Aai, was set down before me. When Aai(mother) serves Bhakris soft, thin,
airy, and perfectly round on my plate, I thought this is the taste and food
I was missing for the last few years(You got it correctly, Maa ke hath ka khana). So yum!!! So today, I made this Special Maharashtrian Bhakri
Thali.
Do you ever stand in front of the refrigerator and decide on what to cook? Well, that dilemma is quite common!
I was in the same situation today, and I opened the fridge and had some eggplants in the refrigerator, and they are all ready to use. And so here I
made Bharlelya Vangyachi Bhaji (Bharwa Baingan/Stuffed Eggplant), Vangyach
Bharit (Baingan Bharta/Roasted Spiced Eggplant) and served with Bajra
Bhakri.
Video Recipe:
In the thali, you can see:
