Mango Mojito / Virgin Mango Mojito / Non-Alcoholic Mango Mojito

How to Make Virgin Mango Mojito / Non-Alcoholic Mango Mojito

Hello Everyone,
Mango Mojito is a refreshing summer beverage and the perfect blend of sweet and citrus summer fruits! Although Mangoes are usually associated with summer, being a lighter drink mango Mojito(non-alcoholic) is an excellent choice for serving during summer parties. I love summer entertaining; it’s great to be able to hang out with friends and enjoy the warm weather.

This Non-Alcoholic Mango Mojito can be made quickly and easily; it takes less than 10 minutes. You can use whatever fruit you prefer, but I went with the unique choices that you typically see in a mojito, i.e., Mango, Mint, Lime. You can use a few different varieties of citrus for some lovely full-bodied citrus flavor. Like, you can use pineapple, orange, passionfruit, and berries too. We made a classic mango mojito where I muddled Mango chunks, mints and limes them, added sugar and ice, and topped it off with club soda. I sized the recipe for one serving, but you can adjust it accordingly and make a pitcher full. If you are going to make a Mojito, why not do it right?

Some More Refreshing Summer Beverage to Try:

Traditionally a mojito has only 5 ingredients: white rum, lime juice, mint, soda water, and sugar, or sugar syrup.
Obviously, Mangoes are in season, so I want to make it with Mangoes, and keep the combination of sweet, citrus, and mint flavors, but make it a little more fun with a great twist, and also make the alcohol/rum free option.

So here is what I used to prepare non-alcoholic Mango Mojito:
Mango Chunks / Mango Juice:
As a fun twist to a classic recipe of a mojito, make this summer beverage with special summer mangoes. A delightful Summer Beverage: Mango Mojito. Everyone’s favorite Mangoes are straight-up delicious. And the perfect complement to this particular cocktail.

Lime/Lemon:
Lime is also one of the essential ingredients of a mojito like mint. The bottled variety of lime juice will compromise the flavor of the mojito, so always use a fresh wedges/juice of a lime.
Mint:
Mint is one of the most important ingredients to make a mojito. Always use fresh mint. Muddling helps to enhance the flavor of the mint by releasing the oil, so your drink is infused with lots of minty flavors. The menthol in mint leaves gives a refreshing taste to your mojito.
Sugar/ Sugar Syrup:
To stabilize the tangy/sour taste of the lime, add sugar or sugar syrup to a mojito. Sugar syrup is a combination of sugar and water in equal parts. And you cook it on a medium flame until the sugar melts completely and the liquid is clear. Once done, cool it thoroughly before using it in your beverages, and it’s ready to use.
Club Soda:
A traditional mojito makes using mint, lime, sugar, ice, and rum. But to make it a Non-Alcoholic version, I skip the addition of rum and used club soda. Here, I add the club soda to the pitcher directly. Just add the club soda right before serving, so it keeps the refreshing bubbles, Voila!!!

Ingredients:

  • Mango Chunks / Mango Juice from 1 slice of Mango
  • Mint leaves 8-10, stem removed
  • Lime Wedges 4-6  / Juice from 1 lime

  • Club Soda 2 Cups
