Vegan Mango Milkshake

Hello Mango Lovers,
A ripe, juicy Alphonso Mango is my favorite fruit. It's tastes better in a milkshake, smoothies or in Lassies. This cool and refreshing summer drink contains ingredients that cool the body and protect it against heat wave. Here is my new favorite vegan Mango milkshake recipe to make with fresh Mangoes. It tastes like paradise. This not only gives this yummy drink a lovely taste but also makes it visually very appealing.  This invigorating milkshake is just perfect. It has lightly sweet, fruity taste and has an excellent balance of fruit and dates. That you won't take a minute to gulp it down.

I used dates instead of the white sugar or jaggery, but any natural sweetener is okay. You can use maple syrup instead of dates. Also, I have used vegan vanilla Ice Cream to make milkshake thicker, you may skip it or replace it with your favorite vegan Ice Cream too to make your milkshake thicker. Serve this delicious drink chilled or use cold almond milk and add some Mango cubes and sliced pistachios on top. It's the perfect drink to beat the heat because Vegan Mango milkshake is so healthy, full of nutrients and tastes heavenly! I am always trying new ingredients and recipes; instead I love to experiment with my recipes. This milkshake is so satisfying and healthy, you can drink this for breakfast or after a workout, or when you want, you will feel better, and they can help you to lose weight and clean your body. All the fruits have detoxifying and antioxidants properties. Addition of fruits to your morning milkshakes makes shakes taste better and also will be more nutritious. This milkshake had a strong flavor because I have used here Alphonsos (hapus mango)here. Also to make it sweet I have added dates, you can add stevia, white or brown sugar, maple syrup or your favorite sweetener. This protein shake you can make for your family and friends this summer. A versatile fruit that has sweet and tangy flavors taste amazing when will combine with almond milk, vanilla ice cream and dates, no one will able to resist the combinations.
I have used chilled almond milk for a refreshing Mango milkshake, it's fantastic especially in summer. Here in South Florida, it's so hot, sometimes the temperature is over 90°F, so this drink is just perfect! You need only 5 ingredients and 2 minutes or less to prepare it and better drink it freshly made. Cheers!
