Vegan Avocado (Butter fruit) Milkshake

Hello Foodies,
Summer special sweet, buttery and crazy adorable avocado milkshake. I am not going to lie, this avocado milkshake made us feel fancy and delish. This is such a simple recipe and the ingredients used are really easier to get in your kitchen. Besides, it's healthier and lighter and most important, it's sugar-free! To make vegan milkshakes, you can use your favorite plant milk or dairy-free milk. I have used almond milk, you may use cashew milk, coconut milk or soy milk too. Although I prefer to use cashew or almond milk because they are creamy and has less flavor than coconut and soy milk. This recipe is really delicious, and you only need 4 ingredients (avocado, dates, almond milk and vegan protein powder and 2 Minutes to make from start to finish. Just have to place all ingredients in a blender jar and blend it to smooth and creamy shakes, easy peasy! Also, you can use your favorite fruits and nuts and milkshakes always taste so good! I eat whole fruits and milkshakes every single day to be fit and healthy. There are many fruits, but this creamy avocado is really healthy and delicious, kids will love it! Ingredients used here are preservatives and additive free.

Also, this milkshake is my new favorite way to enjoy this butter fruit, by blending with plant milk, dates and my vegan protein powder. Avocado makes healthiest and alternative to breakfast shakes or juices or drinks. They are simply refreshing, filling but at the same time, it's not heavy. Avocados are a nutrient-dense fruit with monounsaturated fats. This fruit is satisfying and versatile food with a creamy, buttery texture. And they have a rich flavor from the high-fat content. Avocados offer an abundance of fiber, potassium, and vitamins B6 and C. They’re also rich in folate. Avocados can help you better absorb antioxidants. So let's get started.
