Eggless Vanilla Bread Pudding

Hello Foodies,
          This summer try this rich, creamy and marvelous bread pudding, ready in minutes and requires fewer efforts. It is perfect for everyone adults or kids. This simple, and eggless vanilla bread pudding recipe and it can be enjoyed as a dessert. This can be an ideal dessert item for those who are vegetarian. This is a simple recipe, made using main 5 ingredients and in 20 minutes. You need to blend milk, bread, and sugar. Bring this mixture to boil and add agar agar powder and vanilla extract and pour the mixture into the pan and fridge it, easy-peasy. This recipe offers you the flexibility to mix in ingredients of your choice to manipulate the flavor to meet your needs. Instead of vanilla extract, you can add your favorite extract or cocoa powder to make chocolate pudding. Also, you can add fresh fruits pulp/puree to the mixture, and you will get a different flavor. This eggless pudding can be a marvelous treat for your guests, family, and friends. You can serve this bread pudding with sliced fresh fruits or with loads of roasted nuts too. It can be prepared the day before the party and refrigerate it overnight. This can be a perfect treat for kids parties. So guys try this eggless pudding for your family this holiday season.   
   

Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 Minutes; Cooling Time: 15 Minutes.
Each Serving of Bread Pudding Contains 100 Calories.

Ingredients:
  • Bread 3 slices
  • Milk 2 ½ Cups
  • Agar Agar Powder 1 Tsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
  • Red food color 






Instructions:
  • Cut the edges of the bread and cut bread into small pieces.
  • In a grinder,  add bread pieces, sugar, milk and grind until it smooth.
  • Pour bread, milk and sugar mixture in a pan and bring to boil and keep stirring.
  • Add agar agar powder and when agar agar is fully dissolved, add vanilla extract and remove the pan from flame.
  • Divide mixture into two parts and in one part add a pinch of red food color. 
  • Pour mixture into fluted tube pan and keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes or until it set. 
  • After 5 minutes pour remaining mixture (mixture with red food color) and fridge it for 10 minutes or until it set.
  • Pudding is ready, cut into pieces and serve with fresh fruits slices or as it is. Enjoy!!!




My Take:
  • Filter the blended mixture using a fine sieve.
  • You can pour the mixture into the individual molds too.
  • Both agar-agar and milk have to be hot when you combine them so you may need to do a bit of multitasking heating both on the stove at the same time.
