Vegan Dates Milkshake / Protein Rich Khajoor Milkshake

          This dates milkshake is the perfect drink to sip for morning breakfast or after a workout this summer. It has everything you need to fit and to beat the summer heat. The perfect balance of health and nutrients. Drinking lots of water is the most important, especially in summer. I could drink shakes all day long, I would be happy! If you wanna be healthy, then you need to try this protein-rich, non-dairy and nutritious dates milkshakes. Try to avoid store-bought juices, fizzy drinks, they are full of sugar, preservatives and other nasty ingredients. 


           Preparing these dates milkshake is so easy, and they taste so good. I have used here Vegan protein powder and is flavored with cocoa powder. This milkshake is creamy, healthy, naturally sweet and it tastes really awesome! This recipe is sugar-free, it's made with homemade vegan protein powder, dates and almond milk. All these ingredients make this recipe a super healthy drink! You can use another sweetener; also you can add fruits, nuts, seeds or whatever you like. I like this milkshake simple. This homemade milkshake is healthier than the store bought. Adults and kids both will love it, it's good for health, and it's additive and preservative free. I prepare fresh every time, and it needs just 2 minutes to make from start to finish and a few seconds to sip it off! 
            If you don't like almond milk, don't worry! You can use any other plant-based milk, there are a lot of alternatives you can prepare it yourself or buy. To make these dates milkshake I sometimes add bananas. Addition of banana makes it thicker or more creamy. It's super healthy addition, and it tastes incredible too! There are several ways to add dates to your diet. One popular way to eat them is as a natural sweetener in various dishes. They also make a great snack. My Take:
  • You can use any other dairy-free or dairy milk too.
  • You can add 2-3 tbsp of protein powder to each serving.
  • If you like you can add vegan ice cream 1 scoop while blending other ingredients.

Per serving contains 230 calories, along with 42 g carbohydrates, 6 g dietary fiber, 6.5 g fats, and 6 g protein.
