Tortellini Pasta in Instant Pot | 10 Minutes Dinner Recipe

Hello Foodies,
This one pot tortellini pasta is creamy, full of flavor and is perfect and easy for a weeknight meal and elegant for enjoying as a celebration dinner. It is a cheesy meatless option for vegetarians. Do you ever get bored with the same lunch or dinner options? I know I really do. The only thing that really works for me is planning a little ahead and meal prepping. This pasta is so easy to make, filling, and need 10 minutes from start to end. What I like to do is to take a few hours on Sunday evening to prepare some base masalas(gravies) or meal prep, it ensures that we have something made and ready to eat for the week. In this preparation, I keep some base masalas, paratha stuffings, soak and sprout some lentils and beans.

So to make this tortellini pasta, I have used Bertolli's garlic alfredo sauce, which I have pretty much deemed the best pasta sauce ever. Along with alfredo sauce, I have used some veggies and cheese. Also, you can use any vegetables you have in your fridge. The possibilities are endless. It's a perfect clean out the fridge recipe. You also can add meat of your choice and cook accordingly. If you love pasta, then I know you will love these 10 minutes Spinach and Cheese Tortellini pasta. It is an older recipe prepared it in the electric pressure cooker so you can see how easy it is to put together. This one pot vegetarian tortellini pasta was delicious!
