ummylicious dessert recipe. Did I ever tell you how happy it always makes me feel when I just hear about roses? And when I made it, and they came out very well. The rose shaped coconut jello looks beautiful, colorful and is delicious. I used rose shaped silicone molds, but if no rose shaped molds available then you can simply pour these jelly mixture into any shape cups, molds or mini glasses too it would also look beautiful.
To create the colorful roses I used different colors and to flavor them  I added rose essence. Looking at these soft, colorful and pretty rose desserts gave me the pleasure that can't explain. Most of the Asia, jelly made from agar agar powder dessert are eaten all the time.
Unlike cow's milk, coconut milk is lactose-free so can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance. It is a popular choice for vegans and makes a great base for smoothies, milkshakes or as a dairy alternative in baking

Preparation and Cooking Time : 10 Minutes ; Cooling Time : 2 hours ; Total Time : 2 hours, 10 Minutes.

Ingredients :

1st Layer :
  1. Coconut milk 1 cup
  2. Sugar ½ cup
  3. Agar agar powder ½ tbsp
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. Salt ¼ tsp
  6. Rose essence 2.5 ml
  7. Food color 1 pinch of your choice.

2nd Layer :
  1. Agar agar powder ½ tbsp
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Sugar ½ cup

Recipe :
1) To Make 1st layer :
  1. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction.
  2. Now add ⅓ cup of sugar, ¼ tsp salt and stir until sugar has dissolved. It's time to add coconut milk stir to mix all well.
  3. Pour jelly into a rose shaped cup mold or any other shape molds. Freeze it for 1 hours or until set.

2) To Make 2nd Layer :
  1. Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan over medium heat and add ½ tbsp of agar agar powder and stir well and heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until boil, stir in same direction. It's time to add ½ cup of sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Now, take out 1st layer of jelly, pour about a tbsp of 2nd layer of jelly and place removed 1 st layer and pour more jelly, as shown in video. Freeze it for 1 hour or until set.
  3. Here, beautiful, delicious rose coconut jelly dessert is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
