Infused Water Recipes For Weight Loss

Hello Weight Watchers,
        This detox water will help you glow from the inside out. It is really very good for you to be fit. Drinking an adequate amount of water daily is essential for overall good health as water helps in digestion, absorption, and excretion. Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. I have been making and drinking detox water daily for a long time. This detox water taste wonderful but also contain properties that are incredibly beneficial to your body! It is indeed bliss to indulging in this lovely treat.
        A lot of the recipes I share here on "Aaichi Savali" are healthy-ish and includes nutritional values, and some are mostly free of oil or use very little. There are healthy and nutritious choices here for breakfast, snacks, and main courses. So if you are looking for decadence on your detox water plan, it's total perfection, when you are detoxing.

       My favorite thing about this detox water is just all of these delicious, clean flavors that come together wonderfully. You can gorge on it the whole day without feeling the guilt. If you are making detox water as a cold drink, you can leave the prepared detox water in the fridge for 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse more deeply. But be sure to remove the ingredients after this time though, so they don't begin to decompose. And if you are in a hurry, you can crush or blend your ingredients (fruits, herbs) before using, that can help release flavors more quickly.


Fat Burning Detox Water Ingredients and its Benefits:
1) Water:
  • A most important ingredient in the making of detox water and it's great for weight loss.

Ingredients:
1)Detox Water Using Chia Seeds: 
  • Chia seeds 1 Tbsp
  • Lemon
  • Mint Leaves
  • Water
Instructions:
  • In a bowl add chia seeds and water and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients(soaked Chia seeds, lemon slices, and water) in a container and leave to sit and absorb all the nutrients for 2-3 hours before consumption(you can refrigerate it).

2)Detox Water Using Raw Mango:
  • Raw Mango Cubes
  • Jaggery
  • Mint leaves
  • Cumin Powder
  • Salt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl add chia seeds 1 Tbsp and water and stir well.
  • Stir and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now, Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and leave to sit and absorb all the nutrients for 2-3 hours before consumption(you can refrigerate it).

When to drink this Detox water?
              Drink this detox water throughout the day.

My Take:
  • Do not allow to sit for longer than 20-24 hours.
  • Instead of cold water, you can use warm water too.
  • You can eat the fruits if you want or just discard them.
