     A cool and refreshing dessert to indulge in hot summer days, and a sweet and juicy side to serve with any meal. This Fruit Salad is delicious, full of flavors and for sure, satisfy your sweet tooth. It has tangy and sweet flavors. 

Its summer in Florida. And summertime means it’s time for summer fruit salads, salsas, smoothies, and milkshakes. So, here sharing no cream or no pudding desserts, which is just perfect for hot sunny days when you want a sweet and healthy treat. It is packed with nutritious summer fruits and is easy to make and the flavor combinations are endless.

            I have used fresh fruits(apples, mangoes, pineapple, and berries) and all tossed with a sweet, and tangy Honey-Lime Dressing. Flavors are party favorite and the perfect way to use up the fruit in season! Made this fruit salad without the heavy, creamy, and sugary salad dressing that you’re used to seeing. Honey and lime make this fruit salad incredible!

Ingredients:
Fruits:
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, Washed and Chopped
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, Peeled and Chopped
  • ½ Cup Blueberries, Washed
  • 1 Cup Mango, Diced
  • 1 Cup Apple, Washed and Chopped
Honey Lime Dressing:
  • 4 Tbsp Honey 
  • ½ Tsp Lime Zest 
  • 2-3 Tbsp Lime Juice 

Instructions:
  • Wash and chop all the fruits(strawberries, pineapple, Mango, and Apple), except blueberries.
  • Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl/plate. 
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, and lime juice. 
  • Pour the dressing over fruit and toss to evenly coat.
  • Sweet, tangy, and absolutely healthy fruit salad is ready. Enjoy!!
