The combination of papaya with milk, lime, and cinnamon takes advantage of the fruit's fragrance and sweetness, similar to mango but not as tangy. It will help you to keep yourself nice and cool on a hot day, and may also become a favorite summer dessert.

The papaya needs to be peeled and seeded before being cubed and blended with the other ingredients. Here you can find How to peel and cut the papaya.
