How to Make Healthy Breakfast Papaya Smoothie

         I love smoothies for breakfast because they are so refreshing, nourishing, and delicious. This smoothie contains nourishing tropical fruit and tastes amazing. Add it to your breakfast rotation!

The combination of papaya with milk, lime, and cinnamon takes advantage of the fruit's fragrance and sweetness, similar to mango but not as tangy. It will help you to keep yourself nice and cool on a hot day, and may also become a favorite summer dessert.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
1 cup of Papaya Smoothie contains 96 cal

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Ripe Papaya
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ Tsp lime zest
  • 2 Tsp Honey/Maple Syrup
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions:

  • Cut the papaya into pieces(How to cut Papaya).
  • In the blender or food processor add cold water, papaya, milk, lime juice and zest, honey, and cinnamon powder.
  • Blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and thick.
  • Pour the smoothie into the glasses. 
  • Garnish with lime wedges and serve a healthy smoothie immediately. Enjoy!!!
