1 cup of Strawberry Smoothie contains 239 cal


  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Homemade Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 4-5 Almonds(soaked in the water overnight)
  • ¼ Cup Homemade Orange Juice
  • 3-4 Dates(deseeded)
  • ¼ Cup Water


  • Into a blender jar add water, strawberries, flaxseeds, almonds, dates, vegan protein powder, and orange juice, and blend at high speed until smooth.
  • Option to add a little bit more orange juice depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies.
