Video Recipe:

This is no onion-no garlic Feta Pasta recipe made using an Air Fryer and the Instant Pot. You can add garlic and onion with tomatoes and pepper if you like. I also added fresh spinach after the dish baked. You need to use the block type of feta cheese, we love Costco’s Organic Block Feta Cheese. The crumbled kind won’t really melt as well and isn’t the most authentic Feta you can use. If tomatoes are too sour the pasta will be tangier, so add 1 Tsp of sugar(if needed).

We LOVE this Tomato Feta Pasta because it’s-

  • Creamy, cheesy, and delicious dinner/lunch ready in less than 30 minutes.
  • No preservatives or artificial ingredients used
  • Easy and Quick Instant Pot & Air Fryer Meal
  • Easy to make and packed with delicious flavors
  • Always get a perfectly cooked pasta
  • It makes a comforting and flavorful meal
  • It’s the perfect dish for any day of the week
  • It is flavor-packed and loaded with possible variations.

Ingredients Used to Make Feta Pasta:

Feta Cheese: I have used a block of Organic Feta cheese from Costco. If only crumbled feta cheese is available at your local grocery store, feel free to just press it together into a pile in the center of your baking dish and it should still work just fine.

Cherry or Grape Tomatoes: Cherry or grape tomatoes work best for this recipe, so chose whichever ones look the ripest at your grocery store. If tomatoes are too sour the pasta will be tangier, so add 1 Tsp of sugar(if needed).

Olive oil: It helps to add a bit of richness to the sauce.

Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Pepper: This adds a taste and flavor to the pasta.

Pasta: Any kind of pasta shape will work for this recipe, you can use spaghetti, rigatoni, penne, or other small shapes pasta too.  So choose whatever sounds fun and available.

Baby Spinach Leaves: I added in a handful of fresh baby spinach to give the pasta a bit of extra nutrition and color. Its flavor really helps to balance out all of those flavors in the feta and also serves as the main seasoning for the sauce.

Italian Seasoning: It is a blend of dried herbs and spices that adds a flavor and taste to the pasta.
