While serving a squeeze of lemon over it is a must though. Do try this Instant Pot Tawa Pulao recipe and I am sure you will love it.

Why it is called Tawa Pulao?

The reason it’s called Tawa pulao is that it is cooked on the big tawa as pav bhaji, including all the rich flavors of the pav bhaji masala and there is a perfect balance of flavors from the masalas and vegetables used. The street vendors cook this rice in a huge tawa(Skillet) on which they also cook Pav Bhaji. If you don’t have a large tawa, you can make this recipe in a kadai too. Since I bought an Instant Pot I started making all pulao in the instant pot.
