How to Make Bread Pizza Without Oven and Toaster in 2 Minutes
Hello Foodies,
         What is Bread Pizza? It’s basically a bread slice topped with everything you would like on your breakfast toast; the topping combinations are endless! Excellent breakfast! I made it meatless and used mozzarella, tomato-garlic pizza sauce, veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, sweet corns, etc. We loved this crispy-crusted bread pizza! Great Monday morning fare!

          Making homemade pizza may sound tedious, but with bread as a base and a short ingredient list, this pizza comes together in a snap! Definitely easy, yet impressive enough for crazy-busy weekday mornings! You can make most of the toppings the night before and make this pizza up in less than 5 minutes any day of the week. So give it a try.

More Toast & Pizza Recipes to Try:
  • White Bread 2 slices(you can use whole wheat bread/your favorite one)
  • Butter 1 Tbsp
  • Pizza Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Shredded Mozarella Cheese ¼ cup
  • Veggies: Green Pepper, Jalapeno, Onion, Sweet corn, Mushrooms, chopped
  • Red chili flakes/Ground Black Pepper
  • Oregano 
  • Generously butter each side of the slice of bread.
  • Now, evenly spread the pizza sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Top with veggies Green Pepper, Jalapeno, Onion, Sweet corn, Mushrooms
  • Sprinkle with red chili flakes(or ground black pepper) and oregano.
  • Meanwhile, heat a pan on medium to low flame and place the bread slice on the pan. Then cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts(by this time, the bread also gets toast properly).
  • Take them out of the pan when done and slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!!!

Tips & Variations to Make Bread Pizza:
  • You can use scrambled eggs, and it’s also great with sausage, or make it meatless as I did.
  • You can add cheddar cheese for flavor and mozzarella for the ultimate stringy cheese deliciousness.
  • Prep some of the ingredients the night before. Cut the veggies, shred the cheese. Store everything separately in a sealed container in the fridge.
  • Make it dairy-free by using vegan butter and vegan cheese.
  • Make it gluten-free by using gluten-free bread.

  • Breakfast pizza is definitely a full meal, you’ve got a carb, a protein, veggies, and dairy, but if you’d like to serve something on the side, here’s what I’d suggest:
  • Fruits or fruit salad would be great!
  • Beverages: Milk, fruit juice, tea, or coffee. 
  • Salad: If you’re making this for brunch, this Avocado Mango Salad / Mango Salsa will be great.

  • The calorie count is based on a 2000 calorie diet.
  • Per serving contains 172 calories, 20 g carbohydrates, 7.6 g, and 6.8 g protein.
  • Portion size can always be increased or decreased depending on your health goals and activity level.
