Wheat Garlic Bread / Garlic Cheese Bread

     

      Hello friends, Eat healthy and tasty. If you are on a diet, choose these healthy garlic bread alternative to keep your meal’s calories and fat low, these are made with wheat flour and garlic. Eating garlic as part of a healthy lifestyle has also been thought to aid digestion, boost the immune system to help fight off infections.


Preparation Time: 15 Minutes, Cooking Time: 20 Minutes,
Proof Time: 2 Hours, Total Time: 2 Hours, 35 Minutes.

Ingredients :
  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Milk ¼ cup
  3. Yeast 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Butter 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic 6 cloves
  8. Oregano 2 tsp
  9. Cheese 1 cube


Recipe for Garlic Breads :
  1. Take a bowl and sieve wheat flour then add half tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, oregano 1 ½ tsp, butter 1 tbsp, grated garlic 4 cloves and mix it well, keep aside.
  2. Take a half cup of milk or you can use water too. Make it a little bit warm. Add yeast 1 tbsp, half tbsp sugar and mix it well. Keep aside for 10 minutes to rise yeast.
  3. After 10 minutes take a bowl of mixed wheat flour, salt, and sugar, add yeast mixture into bowl, knead to make a soft dough for about 4 to 5 minutes. If needed add minimal milk or water to make dough soft. Knead till dough get soft.
  4. Once the dough is soft and ready then keep dough into the butter coated bowl. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrapper. Keep it aside for 2 hours to proof.
  5. After 2 hours remove the plastic wrapper and knock on the dough and make it air free. Remove dough from the bowl and knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Then divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Knead and make round shaped balls of each part of dough.
  6. Take one ball, flatten it using hand and roll into 6 - 7-inch circle. Use wheat flour to make rolling easy. Now, over that circle apply a paste of butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
  7. Now, take a baking tray, place aluminum foil and grease with butter. Furthermore, make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  8. After 1 hour remove the cloth, coat with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top of the dough balls.
  9. Preheat oven at 360 Fahrenheit. It's ready to bake. Bake garlic bread for 20 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
  10. Finally, soft, spongy and yummy garlic bread is ready to serve. Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.

Recipe for Garlic Cheese Bread :
  1. Take another ball, flatten it using hand and roll into 6 - 7-inch circle. Use wheat flour to make rolling easy. Now, over that circle apply a paste of butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Further top mozzarella cheese on half of the circle. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
  2. Keep into a baking tray, same as used for garlic bread and coat with butter. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  3. Preheat oven at 360 Fahrenheit. It's ready to bake. Bake garlic bread for 20 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
  4. Finally, soft, spongy and yummy garlic bread is ready to serve. Cut the garlic cheese bread into pieces and serve.
