How to Make Coconut-Rose Ladoo

       
Hello everyone,
Use your gifted Roses to make ladoos and make them more special. Rose Ladoo is a 10 minutes recipe and it's perfect recipe when you have less time or you are in a hurry. It is an Indian dessert or sweet made with rose petals and coconut. These ladoos are super soft, very good flavored and sweet. No need to make any kind of sugar syrup. So it's simple, but delicious and mouth-watering dessert. Enjoy !!!

Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 Minutes;
Total Time: 20 Minutes.

Ingredients :

  1. 1 Rose Petals
  2. Desiccated coconut 1 ½ cup
  3. Condensed milk ½ cup
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Milk ¼ cup
  6. Dry fruits for stuffing ( Almonds 7.1 g (approx.5), cashews​ 7.1 g (approx.5), truity- fruity 1 tbsp, fennel seeds 1 tsp )
  7. Ghee ½ tbsp
  8. Food color red 1 pinch



Instructions:
  1. In a pan add milk, condensed milk stir it on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, now add desiccated coconut and saute mixture on low flame.
  2. Stir and saute for 3 to 4 minutes and add cardamom powder, red food color, and chopped rose petals.
  3. When the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan switch off the flame.
  4. Remove the mixture of ladoo from pan and allow it to cool.
  5. Meanwhile, into another bowl make stuffing of dry fruits by adding ½ tbsp ghee, and roast all the dry fruits and remove the pan from flame and let it cool down. Place the roasted dry fruits into the grinder and make a coarse paste and make equal size small balls.
  6. When Ladoo dough gets cool down, make equal balls and flatten it slightly and in the middle of flattened ball place dry fruit stuffing and pinch the edges and roll in between two palms. Give it round shape by rolling. Roll the ladoos in desiccated coconut.
  7. Here, lovely, sweet, delicious rose ladoo is ready to serve. It stays good for 5 to 6 days in the fridge.
