Coconut Peda
Hello everyone, Coconut Peda is a classic sweet made for festive occasions. It is mouth-watering sweet, made up with only two main ingredients and precious time, yep only 10 minutes.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes; Cooking Time: 5 Minutes;
Total Time: 10 Minutes.
Ingredients :
- Desiccated coconut 1 cup
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Food color, 1 pinch (optional)
- Dry fruits for garnish (optional)
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp (optional)
Recipe :
- Turn on flame, place a frying pan on it, add ½ cup condensed milk and one cup desiccated coconut and heat the mixture on low flame.
- Stir and saute for 3 to 4 minutes and add cardamom powder.
- When the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan switch off the flame.
- Remove the mixture of peda from pan and allow it to cool.
- When it gets cool down, make 3 equal portions and add red and yellow color in two portions of dough, keep one original color, now make small balls and flatten it slightly.
- Roll the pedas in desiccated coconut. Garnish with dry fruits.
- Here, sweet, colorful, delicious coconut peda is ready to serve. It stays good for 5 to 6 days in the fridge.
