How to Make Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread in the Air Fryer and Oven

Hello Foodies,

This cheesy garlic brown bread is excellent for dinner and goes absolutely well with the comfort and soothing soups or simple salads. This is a great recipe and I make this often as my family loves it. Easy cooking and you don’t have to stand in the kitchen to watch! Always a win. What is great about this recipe is that you really can’t mess it up.

The secret to really good cheesy pull-apart bread is to keep it simple. And to use 3-4 garlic cloves for one loaf and use freshly shredded cheese for maximum meltiness. This recipe is the perfect side for our Corn Chowder, Tikka Masala Pasta. I have used honey-wheat brown bread to make this pull-apart bread, but you can use any of your choices. So let’s get started! Baking this pull-apart bread takes less time to bake in the Air fryer than the oven. I have used my GoWise USA Air Fryer.

Tips to  Make Pull-Apart Bread:

  • I have used brown bread, but you can use any denser bread.
  • Always use already baked bread, not uncooked bread dough.
  • Instead of cilantro, you can use parsley, thyme, or basil too.
  • Measure and test your bread out first to be sure it will fit your air fryer. If the bread is too large you can trim it down some.
  • You can use any bread that you like, just be sure it fits in your air fryer.
  • Be careful not to slice totally through the bread.
  • To make pull-apart cheese bread ahead of time, use softened butter and stuff with cheese, wrap and refrigerate or freeze. To cook, thaw, and follow recipe instructions to bake.
  • You can refrigerate the bread for up to 3 days, whenever want to serve reheat.
