Video Recipe:

Traditional Manchurian is deep-fried, but here I am using an air fryer to fry the veggie balls, which worked best. Air Fryer gives nice crispy edges and that is the perfect texture for this dry Veg. Manchurian. To grate the veggies and make Manchurian balls I have used a food processor, this helped me a lot and saved time.

After making Veggie balls, make a thick, spicy, slightly tangy, and sweet sauce that will take just 5-7 minutes only. In the end, mix the air fried balls with this sauce and it is ready to munch on. If you don’t have an air fryer, still you can make the low oil Manchurian version using an appe pan. Doesn't it sound easy? So let's get started!
