Hello Foodies,
Made this our most favorite, melt in the mouth texture, soft and fluffy,  Instant Pot Eggfree Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. These classic Hawaiian sweet rolls are perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner and are impossible to resist. These can be the best Thanksgiving side dishes. These are a perfect size, kids friendly, eggless desserts or snacks, and as a complement to any meal.

These have a tropical flavor, and these are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is a classic recipe that I have been making for the last 2-3 years! Every single time I make these, I end up with soft, fluffy, and delicious rolls. Before I bought a stand mixer, I used to knead the dough with the hands(if you did this, you know how painful it was), but since bought it, I felt like making sweet rolls at home is the easiest thing. They're so good that most of the time they don't even last until the next day.

There truly is nothing better than homemade sweet rolls. Whenever I make them at home, the smell in my house is divine, not to mention that when you pull these beauties out of the oven, the satisfaction you get is worth the effort. So homemade sweet rolls with a handful of ingredients, the delicious sweet rolls can you be on your table in a jiffy. So guys give these a try this festive season!
Proofing the Dough in the Instant Pot:
Traditionally, these Sweet Rolls would take hours to prepare, 2 ½ hours to rise(1-hour first rise, 1-hour second rise, ½ hour third rise). But, with the Instant Pot, you can cut that time to 60 minutes. It’s almost too good to believe, but they really do end up as soft and fluffy as the traditional way.

What is Hawaiian Sweet Rolls?
These delicious sweet rolls got a tropical taste of pineapple. They have a different flavor and taste than the regular dinner rolls. The sweet and tangy pineapple juice addition is a key flavor to this Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. So don't skip it and give them a try, and I promise they will be your new favorite accompaniment.

What if you don't have a Stand Mixer
No mixer, no problem. All you have to do is knead everything by hand. After mixing all the ingredients, transfer the dough to a clean work surface and knead by hand until all the flour is incorporated and you end up with a dough that is sticky and soft to touch.

Tips to Make Hawaiian Rolls:
  • If you want less sweet rolls to feel free to reduce the sugar.
  • It is a very soft and sticky dough, so keep kneading the mixture until it comes clean from the sides of the bowl.
  • Check the expiry date on yeast, if it's no longer good to use then rolls will not turn out well.
