Review of the Redmond Multicooker RMC-M23A and How to Make Tandoori Shrimp in Redmond Multicooker

Hello Friends,
In this post, I will be reviewing the Redmond Multicooker. These days multicooker is the must-have kitchen appliance in every household. Multicooker allows you to cook food using a variety of methods with one appliance. Also, these multicookers are perfect for batch cooking.

I am pleased with the results of this Redmond Multicooker. It is an excellent multi cooker with the function of a pressure cooker. Very easy to choose a dish, time, and let it go. I am not new to pressure cooking and appreciate an excellent electric pressure cooker, and this one is one of those. I have cooked some of the dishes in it to test it, and all came out perfect as I would expect. If you are new to pressure cooking, you should play with cooking time to find your ideal settings.

Delay time is my second lovely option. Before I go to sleep, I’m put milk and oatmeal, choose 8 hours delays -that’s enough. In the morning, open the lid and enjoy a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend! If you are in search of a good pressure cooker, give it a chance, I am sure you will be happy with this one.

  • It has a vast number of different cooking functions.
  • It isn’t too bulky so that it can fit nicely in any kitchen.
  • It has an easy to use touch control panel(approx. 52 Functions).
  • It comes with many accessories and extras.
Cooking Programs:
  • 52 cooking programs: 25 automatic programs and 27 manual programs. Each program is ideally selected for cooking various dishes with regard to the types of food.
Steam Release Value:
  • The steam release valve is located on the lid. Select one of the 2 positions depending on the desired method.

It is easy to clean and has a handy capacity for my needs (mostly rice, pasta, and steaming various vegetables). This is such a versatile pressure cooker. So easy to use with the preprogrammed buttons!

Along with the multicooker being very simple to use, we were impressed with the number of accessories that come with this model. Along with the multicooker itself, you get a recipe book, a spoon, a paddle, a measuring cup, and a steaming basket.

Tandoori Shrimp
These tandoori shrimp are juicy, smoky, with wonderful aromas and deep flavors of the Indian spices. It is typically made with butter, tandoori masala paste, garlic, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. It’s incredibly delicious, and it can serve as an appetizer or starter, so this is my simple and easy-to-eat version. If you keep shrimp in your freezer, it’s one of those dishes you can throw together at a moment’s notice. If you love Tandoori, you should try this recipe.
