Ingredients :
- Red Spinach Leaves + Stems 1 bunch / लाल माठाची भाजी(१ जुडी/पेंडी) 150 g
- Garlic cloves 9, crushed/mashed
- Green chili 10 strips, chopped
- Olive. Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 Tsp
Instructions:
- Clean, wash and chop red spinach leaves(Lal math bhaji).
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets a brown color or for half a minute.
- Now, add chopped green chilies saute well.
- Add chopped red spinach leaves and salt, saute well and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes water gets evaporated and we will get well cooked red spinach leaves to stir-fry or लाल माठाची भाजी.
- Here, healthy and tasty red spinach stir fry is ready to serve, serve hot with bhakri, chapati. Enjoy!!!
