How to Make Christmas Coconut Ice Balls / Vegan Coconut Ladoos

These vegan treats can be loved by kids and adults too. It's a perfect recipe when you have less time, or you are in a hurry. To prepare this if balls no need to make any kind of sugar syrup. So it's simple, but delicious and mouth-watering dessert. These are very special and that nobody can resist.
Preparation and Cooking Time: 15 Minutes.
Each coconut ice ball contains 100 Calories.

- Desiccated Coconut 2 ½ cups
- Confectioners sugar / Powdered Sugar 1 ½ cup
- Coconut milk 1 ½ cup
- Cashew powder ¼ cup(30 g)
- Cream of tartar ¼ tsp(optional)
- Vanilla extract ½ tsp

Instructions:
- In a pan add coconut oil, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, cream of tartar and icing sugar.
- Mix all and cook on medium flame, for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add cashew flour and vanilla extract and continue to cook until the mixture becomes
- thick and begins to leave the sides of the pan.
- Divide the mixture into equal portion.
- Add 2 drops of food color(I have used red, green, blue, yellow and orange food colors) and mix well.
- Roll each portion to make a ladoos and roll prepared ladoos into the desiccated coconut and let it dry.
- Here, soft, flavorsome ladoos are ready. Enjoy!!!
- You can prepare snowballs 1 week ahead. Cover and refrigerate.
