Chivda? This is my all time favorite chivda / snacks. Laxminarayan Chiwda is a famous Indian snack mix which consists of a variable mixture of spicy dried ingredients, such as fried lentils, peanuts, corn, vegetable oil, chickpeas, flaked rice, cashews, almonds, raisins. This is all flavored with salt and a blend of spices that may include coriander and cumin, sesame seeds.
