         I am a big fan of मेथीची भाजी / Fenugreek Curry. Methi lovers will definitely hit like this recipe. This is simple, yet healthiest and nutritious fenugreek curry or methichi bhaji recipe. It is also easy to make and tasty recipe. मेथीची भाजी prepared with fresh fenugreek leaves, garlic and green chillies. Garlic and chillies helps to bring out and enhance the flavor of fenugreek leaves. मेथीची भाजी and बाजरीची भाकरी is a typical meal in some areas of Maharashtra.


Preparation Time : 10 Minutes ; Cooking Time : 10 Minutes ;

Total Time : 20 Minutes.
Ingredients :
  1. Fenugreek Leaves
  2. Garlic cloves 9
  3. Green chilli 10 strips
  4. Olive. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
Recipe :
Clean and wash fenugreek leaves. Turn on flame and place a pan add oil wait till oil get hot, add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets brown color or till get cooked. Now, add chopped green chillies saute well. Add washed fenugreek leaves and salt, saute well and cook on medium flame. After 4 to 5 minutes water gets evaporated and will get well cooked fenugreek leaves curry or मेथीची भाजी.  It taste awesome with बाजरीची भाकरी. Serve with bhakari, chapatti. Enjoy!!!
