मेथीची भाजी / Fenugreek Leaves and Garlic Stir Fry

         I am a big fan of मेथीची भाजी / Fenugreek Curry. Methi lovers will definitely hit like this recipe. This is simple, yet healthiest and nutritious fenugreek curry or methichi bhaji recipe. It is also easy to make and tasty recipe. मेथीची भाजी prepared with fresh fenugreek leaves, garlic, and green chilies. Garlic and chilies help to bring out and enhance the flavor of fenugreek leaves. मेथीची भाजी and बाजरीची भाकरी is a typical meal in some areas of Maharashtra.


Preparation Time: 10 Minutes; Cooking Time: 10 Minutes.
Each Serving of Methichi Bhaji Contain 119 Cal.




Ingredients :

  1. Fenugreek Leaves 1 Bunch
  2. Garlic 9 cloves, crushed
  3. Green chili 10 strips. chopped
  4. Olive. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp









Instructions:

  • Clean and wash fenugreek leaves.
  • Turn on the flame and heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets the brown color or till get cooked.
  • Now, add chopped green chilies saute well.
  • Add washed fenugreek leaves and salt, saute well and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes water gets evaporated and will get well-cooked fenugreek leaves curry or मेथीची भाजी.  
  • Serve hot with bhakari, chapati(It tastes awesome with बाजरीची भाकरी). Enjoy!!!
