How to Make No-Bake Swiss Roll using Parle-G
Hello Foodies, 
No-bake, Parle G biscuits Swiss Roll. It is so simple and easy to make and it's made with easily available ingredients and it looks really special when done! Oh And it tastes fantastic too! This Parle G biscuits Swiss roll recipe is a classic, with a delicious coconut filling, it's easier to make.


Preparation Time: 25 Minutes.

Ingredients :
  1. Parle Biscuits 3 packets (you may use any other biscuits)
  2. Coconut desiccated ½ cup
  3. Sugar powdered ¼ cup
  4. Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  5. Chocolate syrup ¼ cup ( I used Hershey's chocolate syrup )
  6. Cardamom powder 1 tsp (optional)
  7. Ghee/butter 2 tbsp
  8. Milk / Water (optional or if needed)

Recipe :
  1. Place Parle Biscuits into the grinder and grind it to make a fine powder. Remove from the grinder and in a bowl add cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and 1 tbsp ghee. Mix well and knead to make a soft dough. If needed add milk or water.
  2. Meanwhile, in another bowl place desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, powdered​ sugar, and 1 tbsp ghee. Mix it well.
  3. Now, place dough into butter greased the parchment paper and roll dough with the help of a rolling pin and make a rectangular shape. ( You can make it round, or any other shape ).
  4. Over rolled dough apply coconut mixture and slightly press with the help of a spatula.
  5. Now, roll tightly to make Swiss Roll as shown in the video, cover and keep into the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.
  6. After 2 hours remove from the refrigerator and cut it into the same size. Place it into airtight container to keep soft. Here, simple but sweet, no-bake Parle Biscuits Swiss Roll is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
