Dried Red Chilies:

Cumin Seeds:

Coriander Seeds:
  • It is one of my favorite Indian spice, and I love the aroma of the coriander leaves the most.
  • This flavourful spice has a fruity, deep, and nutty taste.
  • Coriander leaves are the main ingredient in all the dishes, and they mainly use to garnish.
  • Also, it's the key ingredients in the preparation of Garam Masala.
  • Coriander seeds are good for digestion.

Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 Minutes.

  • Dried Red Chili 6-8
  • Chana Dal 2 Tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander Seeds 2 Tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 Tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ Tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Oil ½ Tsp

  • Heat oil in a pan and add dried red chilies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, chana dal, and urad dal.
  • Stir and roast on medium to low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Let it cool and then grind to make a fine powder.
  • Aromatic, homemade Vangi Bhath Masala Powder is ready. Enjoy!!!
