Today is Bhogi and to accompany bhogichi bhaji, and til bajrichi bhakri, black sesame seeds chutney are used to prepare for offering to God. This dry sesame chutney tastes awesome with bajra roti, rice, curd and it is a very light food and also very nutritious and healthy.
         These sesame seeds are available in white, black, and brown variants; sesame seeds can be consumed in raw, dried, as well as roasted forms. While the white these are wonderful sources of calcium, iron and healthy fats.


Preparation and Cooking Time : 5 Minutes.

Ingredients :

  1. Black Sesame Seeds 1 cup
  2. Dessicated Coconut 2 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  7. Garlic 3 cloves

Recipe :
  1. Dry roast black sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and dessicated coconut.
  2. Grind all the above ingredients along with, red chilli powder, salt and garlic into a fine powder.
  3. Tadaa, instant and tasty black seeds chutney is ready to serve.Store it in an airtight container. Enjoy!!!
