Kadhi Pakora/Pakoda
Kadhi Pakora/Pakoda is one of the famous Indian recipes, it is sour, little spicy to taste as well as easy recipe too and made with yogurt and gram flour.

Ingredients :
- Yogurt / curd 1 cup
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 10 strips
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Water 1 glass
- Butter/ghee 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1) Preparation for kadhi - Place 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp gram flour/besan, and 1 glass of water into the grinder. Grind this till mix all these three ingredients. Keep aside. Take a mortar and pestle, place chopped green chilies and garlic into it and mash well to make a coarse paste. Make onion pakora and keep aside.
2) Tempering the kadhi - Turn on the heat and add 1 tbsp ghee in a small pan. Now add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds along with the curry leave first. let the mustard seeds and cumin seeds start popping & crackling. Stir it well and add green chilies, garlic paste, and asafoetida. Saute for a few seconds till the green chilies and garlic darken a bit and add turmeric powder stir it well. Now slow down the heat and add the ground mixture, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Take care that it should not overflow. After cool down place onion pakora into it. It's ready to serve. Serve with chapatis or with rice.
