Guacamole with chips
Preparation time - 10 minutes.
Ingredients -
- 2 Avocados
- 1 small onion
- 1 small tomato
- Cilantro/coriander
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt.
Recipe -
- Take a bowl, place scooped the avocado pulp and mash it with the help of a fork.
- Then add finely chopped onion, tomato and coriander, and mix.
- Add lemon juice, red chili powder, and salt. Mix it well. Serve with corn chips.
