These taste awesome and will fill you up and give you all the energy you need. 

It will boost your energy levels, and prepare your body and mind for the events of your day. These healthy chutney recipes are vegan, no onion-no garlic, and are gluten-free. You need to spread these condiments over a slice of bread or whole wheat flour tortillas and roll them, and they are ready to eat. Also, you can serve it with idli, dosas, appam, and dip for your favorite chips.

       These famous Indian condiments are relishes of vegetables and fruits, and that can be spicy, sour and sweet. With every bite, you can invite more heat, more sour, or more sweetness to the dish. You can quickly get most of the chutneys from the supermarket, but making your own at home is not hard work. All you need is 5 minutes of your time and some readily available ingredients. So guys add these hot, sour and cooling options to your daily breakfast meal plan menu.

1)Coconut Chutney (No Onion-No Garlic Recipe):


Ingredients :
  • Coconut fresh 1 cup, grated
  • Green chilies 5 strips
  • Ginger 1 Tsp
  • Chana Dal 1 tbsp
  • Peanut powder 2 tbsp
  • Urad Dal 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 Tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp, chopped
For tempering :
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 
  • Red chili 2 
  • Asafoetida 1 pinch
  • Veg.oil 2 Tsp
Instructions:
  • In a grinder, jar adds freshly grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, roasted chana dal, urad dal, and salt and with a 2-3 Tbsp water and grind to make a fine paste. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin-mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, and red chili.
  • Stir till the cumin-mustard seeds crackle and pour this tempering over the chutney and mix well.
  • Here, Tasty and healthy coconut chutney is ready to serve, serve with steaming hot idlis, dosa. Enjoy!!!


Ingredients :
  • Mint leaves / Pudina ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves / Dhania 1 cup
  • Ginger 11g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3 strips, chopped
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Chana Dal 1 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
Instructions:
  • In a grinder add all the ingredients (coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chilies, peanuts, Chana Dal, sugar, salt, and lemon juice) and grind to make a smooth paste using enough water.




Ingredients :
  • Tomato 2, medium
  • Urad dal 1 Tsp
  • Chana dal 1 Tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric ½ Tsp
  • Red chilies 4
  • Tamarind pulp 1 Tsp
  • Olive oil 1 Tsp
  • Sugar 1 Tsp
  • Salt ½ Tsp
  • Water as needed
 To Tempering Chutney:
  • Olive Oil 1 Tsp
  • Cumin and Mustard seeds ½ Tsp each
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Asafoetida 1 pinch

Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast urad dal, chana dal and red chilies.
  • Now, add tomatoes, tamarind, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, sugar and saute till mushy and let it cool.
  • Grind to make a smooth paste and temper with mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida.
  • Tomato chutney is ready to serve, serve with idli, dosa or poha. Enjoy!!!


Ingredients:
  • Coriander leaves, ½ cup
  • Green chilies 3 strips
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Peanuts 2 Tbsp (dry roasted)
  • Coconut 2 Tbsp 
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water ¼ cup
Instructions:
  • In a grinder/blender jar add coriander leaves, peanuts, coconut, garlic, ginger and green chilies, salt, lemon juice, and water and grind to make a smooth paste.
  • Here, quick and easy coriander chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
