Domino's style Garlic Bread

       Easy, tempting and very popular appetizer or snack recipe, i.e., Domino's style garlic bread / cheese garlic bread.  Eating garlic as part of a healthy lifestyle is thought to aid digestion and boost the immune system to help fight off infections. Garlic bread is loved by all. Very soft and delicious bread recipe, give it a try.

Preparation Time : 15 Minutes, Baking Time : 20 Minutes,
Proof Time : 2 Hours, Total Time : 2 Hours, 35 Minutes.
Ingredients :

  1. All purpose  flour 1 cup
  2. Milk ¼ cup
  3. Yeast 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Butter 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic 6 cloves
  8. Oregano 2 tsp
  9. Cheese 1 slice, grated

Recipe for Garlic Breads :
  1. Take a bowl and sieve all purpose flour then add half tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, oregano 1 ½ tsp, butter 1 tbsp, grated garlic 4 cloves and mix it well, keep aside.
  2. Take a half cup of milk or you can use water too. Make it little bit warm. Add yeast 1 tbsp, half tbsp sugar and mix it well. Keep aside for 10 minutes to rise yeast.
  3. After 10 minutes take a bowl of mixed all purpose flour, salt and sugar, add yeast mixture into bowl, knead to make a soft dough for about 4 to 5 minutes. If needed add minimal milk or water to make dough soft. Knead till dough get soft.
  4. Once dough is soft and ready then keep dough into butter coated bowl. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrapper. Keep it aside for 2 hour to proof.
  5. After 2 hour remove plastic wrapper and knock on dough and make it air free. Remove dough from the bowl and knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Then divide dough into 2 equal parts. Knead and make round shaped balls of each part of dough.
  6. Take one ball, flatten it using hand and roll into 6 - 7 inch circle. Use flour to make rolling easy. Now, over that circle apply paste of butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
  7. Now, take a baking tray, place aluminum foil and grease with butter. Furthermore, make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  8. Preheat oven at 360 Fahrenheit. It's ready to bake. Bake garlic breads for 20 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
  9. Finally, soft, spongy and yummy Domino's style garlic breads are ready to serve. Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.


Recipe for Garlic Cheese Bread :
  1. Take another ball, flatten it using hand and roll into 6 - 7 inch circle. Use flour to make rolling easy. Now, over that circle apply paste of butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Further top mozzarella cheese on half of the circle. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
  2. Keep into baking tray, same as used for garlic breads and coat with butter. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  3. Preheat oven at 360 fahrenheit. It's ready to bake. Bake garlic breads for 20 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
  4. Finally, soft, spongy and yummy domino’s style cheese garlic breads are ready to serve. Cut the garlic cheese bread into pieces and serve.
