Homemade White Chocolate 


Hello Foodies,
      This is one easy way to add coconut oil and magnesium to your daily diet! Today I have prepared this white chocolate from scratch at home, with no special tools.

Ingredients :

  1. Coconut oil ½ Cup
  2. Milk powder ½ Cup
  3. Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar 3 Tbsp
  4. Butter / Ghee 1 Tsp (Optional)
  5. Sprinkles (Optional) 

Instructions :

  1. Melt the coconut oil using
    double boiler method (heat a pan with a cup of water and later place a large bowl, making sure it doesn’t touch the water).
  2. Now add powdered sugar, milk powder, and vanilla extract and mix well with coconut oil, it should be smooth and silky.
  3. Use a spoon to transfer the mixture into a candy silicone mold and add some sprinkles.
  4. Freeze for 20-25 minutes, or until completely set.
  5. After 25 minutes chocolate is ready to serve, take it out from the fridge and remove it from the mold. Enjoy!!! 

My Take :

  1. The number of servings depends on the thickness of mold used, as does set up time.
  2. Keep the homemade chocolate in the fridge in an airtight container.
