Homemade White Chocolate
Hello Foodies,
This is one easy way to add coconut oil and magnesium to your daily diet! Today I have prepared this white chocolate from scratch at home, with no special tools.
YouTube Video:
Ingredients :
- Coconut oil ½ Cup
- Milk powder ½ Cup
- Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar 3 Tbsp
- Butter / Ghee 1 Tsp (Optional)
- Sprinkles (Optional)
Instructions :
- Melt the coconut oil using double boiler method (heat a pan with a cup of water and later place a large bowl, making sure it doesn’t touch the water).
- Now add powdered sugar, milk powder, and vanilla extract and mix well with coconut oil, it should be smooth and silky.
- Use a spoon to transfer the mixture into a candy silicone mold and add some sprinkles.
- Freeze for 20-25 minutes, or until completely set.
- After 25 minutes chocolate is ready to serve, take it out from the fridge and remove it from the mold. Enjoy!!!
My Take :
- The number of servings depends on the thickness of mold used, as does set up time.
- Keep the homemade chocolate in the fridge in an airtight container.
Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy!!!
