Hello Friends,

       Quilling starts with rolling a strip of paper into a coil and then pinching the coil into shapes that can be glued together. And today by using this advance techniques and beautiful paper quilling pattern and designs I have prepared this beautiful flowers and hairband. It is very easy to make and looks so nice!

Material You Need :

1. Blue color quilling strips
2. White color quilling strips
3. Slotted quilling tool
4. Glue gun
5. Silver beads
6. Blue rhinestones
7. Glue

Instructions :

To make flower

1. Take ¼ strip of blue color paper, roll it and make teardrop shape.
2. Take one strip of blue color and make loose coil, secure the end and pinch from both the sides to make petal.
3. Add glue inside the petal and stick teardrop and wrap this whole petal with blue stripe.
4. Similarly make 4 more petals, constrict the flower by joining all petals together.
5. Make small circle by using blue strip in the center and white in the outer side, this is center of the flower and over that just glue blue rhinestone.

To decorate hairbelt :

1. By using glue gun, glue the silver beads over the hairbelt which forms the base of our hairbelt.
2. Now to the any side of the hairbelt with the glue gun, glue the blue flower ( I also have glued 2 small flowers, it's optional).
3. Voila, descent and lovely hairbelt is ready.
