Blueberry Popsicles!
Blueberries are a popular summer treat. They have a sweet flavor, and they are nutritious. Consuming a variety of fruits and vegetables has long been associated with a reduced risk of many lifestyle-related health conditions. I have prepared these popsicles using blueberry, and it was hit in my home. As summer is here, you have to drink more liquids to keep yourself hydrated from the heat. So this summer give yourself a treat and try this blueberry popsicles.
As one cup of blueberries provides 24 percent of a person recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. Also you can use blueberries to top waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, or cereal, blend them in a smoothie or syrup, or fold them into muffins and sweet bread. It's best to replenish those spent electrolytes during this summer season! So let's get started.

Preparation Time : 5 Minutes; Freezing Time : 3 to 4 hours
Each Blueberry Popsicles Contains 60 Calories.
Ingredients :
- Blueberries 1 cup
- Yogurt / curd / dahi 1 cup
- Sugar 6 tsp
- Ice cubes
Instructions :
- Place all ingredients (blueberries 1 cup, yogurt 1 cup, sugar 6 tsp and 2 ice cubes) into the blender or grinder and blend away for 1 to 2 minutes for a rich, creamy and pouring consistency.
- Pour it to the popsicle bags or moulds and freeze it. Let it set for at least 3 to 4 hrs and take it out (freezing time may vary).
