Best Chicken Keema Paratha in Instant Pot

Hello Foodies,
What’s better than a stuffed paratha with some delicious spicy ground chicken! The ingredients are so simple and easy to find that most of them will already be in your pantry. Parathas, stuffed or not, have always been my absolute favorite. Each bite is bursting of delicious flavors that you won’t be able to forget! There are so many different kinds of condiments that go super well with a stuffed chicken keema paratha. You can use different types of pickled vegetables and fruits that are found in most Indian households. You can also make your own mint chutney, tomato chutney, or plain yogurt that goes super well with it. Making stuffing in instant pot is the easiest way. It is an easy and tasty Indian breakfast that is made with ground chicken and whole wheat flour and provides high-quality protein and good fiber. Many times I do serve them as a light dinner or brunch. This step by step recipe will make you an expert, and you can make different parathas using these tips and tricks.
This tips will help you to make this recipe correctly:

  • Knead dough soft that will help you to roll paratha well.
  • Prepared stuffing should be dry(or all the water gets evaporated).
  • Don’t roll the paratha to hard, use soft fluid motions to make sure the stuffing doesn’t come out.
  • Make sure you have properly sealed the edges of the dough which now has the chicken stuffing in the middle. Press with your thumb along the edges to make sure it’s completely secure.
  • Make sure that while cooking the paratha in the pan, the heat is set to medium-low heat, so the paratha cooks all the way through without being burnt.
