- Now, add maida and ¼ cup ghee and roast for 5 to 6 minutes on medium to low flame.
- Take roasted rava and maida in a bowl and let it cool.
- Add rose extract, rose petals and powdered sugar and mix all.
- Now, add milk and mix all well and roll to make ladoos and garnish with rose petals or dry fruits(if needed add milk to roll ladoos). Enjoy!!!
My Take :
- You can totally replace rose extract by adding cardamom Powder.
- You may add more ghee to roll ladoos instead of milk.
- Store them in an airtight container up to 8-10 days.
