Maggi Paratha

Preparation Time: 10 minutes; Cooking Time: 10 minutes.

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. salt 1 tsp
  3. Maggie 1 packet
  4. Veg. Oil 2 tbsp
  5. Water 2 cups
  6. Green chili 3 strips
  7. Baby carrots 3
  8. Cilantro 2 tbsp
  9. Ghee / Butter 2 tbsp

1)To prepare the Dough:
        In a bowl take whole wheat flour, add salt, oil 1 tbsp, and water. Mix and then knead into a smooth soft dough. cover and keep the dough aside.
2) Maggi
        Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, then add finely chopped green chilies, shredded baby carrots, a pinch of turmeric, cilantro and ½ tsp salt. Saute it well and then add 1 cup of water into it, boil it, then add Maggi Masala into the water, stir it well. Add Maggi noodles into the pan and saute it till the Maggie noodles cook, let it cool.
3) Paratha
         Meanwhile, take a wheat flour dough, and make an equal portion ball from the dough and take one ball to flatten it, roll it 3 to 4-inch diameter circle with the help of a pin. Put the stuffing / Maggi inside and seal it by gathering the edges into the center. Flatten it using hand and roll into a 6 - 7-inch circle. Use wheat flour to make rolling easy. Now heat the tawa to fry the Paratha. Fry paratha, apply oil on both the side of paratha, fry them till both the sides gave golden brown color.
