( अमेरिकन बिस्कीट (Cookies) 10 मिनटो में बनाने का आसान तरीका )

Chocolate chips cookies are the traditional recipe originated in the United States.  A dough composed of butter, and both brown and white sugar, semi-sweet chocolate
chips. I am a chocoholic, so made this chocolaty cookies with wheat flour, cocoa powder, and choco chips. These chocolate chips cookies are so fudgy that a tall glass of cold milk and cookies taste delicious especially when they are served hot from the oven. The extra long chill gives the dough a chance to hydrate fully and firm up, which yields more uniformly baked cookies, with the perfect amount of crunch around the edges and chewy in the center


Preparation Time : 10 Minutes ; Baking Time : 10 Minutes ;
Freezing Time : 20 Minutes.




Ingredients :
  1. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Butter ½ cup
  3. Granulated sugar ¼ cup
  4. Brown sugar ¼ cup
  5. Milk 2 tbsp
  6. Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  7. Baking soda ½ tsp
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  9. Chocolate Choco chips ½ cup
  10. Salt 1 tsp (if you are using salted butter then skip salt).

Recipe :
  1. Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, cocoa powder,
    salt, baking soda and mix it well and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl, take room temperature butter and whip butter till smooth and creamy and add granulated white and brown sugar and mix it very well. Add milk and vanilla essence to the butter, sugar mixture and whip again till mix all well.
  3. Now, take dry ingredients bowl and add butter mixture and mix well and make a dough. Add Choco chips and mix. Cover with cling wrap
    and freeze for about 20 to 25 Minutes.
  4. Place Aluminum foil over baking tray and spread some butter or oil over foil.
  5. Take out dough from freeze and with the help of spoon or scoop make equal small balls. Roll it with your palms.
  6. Bake at preheated oven on 180 degree Celsius (356 F) for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.
  7. Here, gooey, chocolaty, delicious chocolate chips cookies are ready to serve. Serve with the glass of milk. Enjoy!!!

Per serving contains 125 calories, along with carbohydrates - 14.33 g, dietary fiber - 1.23 g, fats - 8 g, proteins - 1.4 g.

Mesmerizing evening at Pompano Beach, Florida.
     Came here for the first time and it was lovely! This beach is so lovely and clean. Everything was so bright, organized, sidewalks lined with endless palm trees. The water was clean and had lots of beautiful waves, Lovely!


     Its name is derived from the Florida pompano (Trachinotus carolinus), a fish found off the Atlantic coast. A fun Beach to watch people relax or do what Floridians do enjoy the ocean in a multitude of ways!
Pompano Beach Pier:
       They have the Pompano Beach pier, which attracts a lot of fishermen and fisherwomen and Fisher kids. The pier is great for watching as well as just enjoying the breeze and view.  And it's free! You can watch fisherman or do a little fishing of your own you choose!
 Also, they conduct exercise (yoga) groups on the south end, where artificial turf had been installed.
 The surrounding landscaping is also beautiful in design with the nearby Pompano Pier, which is also visually pleasing. I saw there were plenty of grassy areas close to the road and some families barbecuing and having fun. The seashells are everywhere if you enjoy collecting them.
   Beautiful sand, beautiful water. It was a pleasant hour under the sun and listening to the ocean. Sigh...I want beach time now.!!!😎😁

Raw Banana Curry is a simple,
easy and healthy recipe and tastes good with chapati, roti or rice. Raw bananas contain a high amount of resistant starch. Resistant starch is a type of starch that cannot be broken down by enzymes in the digestive system and, so, acts more like a fiber than a starch. Including foods high in resistant starch in your diet, like the green or raw banana may reduce your risk of diabetes by aiding in blood sugar control, and heart disease by helping to lower blood cholesterol levels. Raw banana is a good source of fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. There are few different methods to make this curry; I made this curry with simple and easily available ingredients.


Preparation Time : 10 Minutes ; Cooking Time : 15 Minutes ;



Total Time : 25 Minutes.

One serving carries : 121 calories.

Ingredients :
  1. Raw banana 2 cups, sliced
  2. Onion 1 medium, chopped
  3. Green chilli 3 strips, chopped
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. Garam Masala 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves ¼ cup
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  11. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  12. Ginger
  13. Garlic
  14. Veg. oil 2 tbsp

Recipe :
  1. Wash banana under tap water to get rid of pesticide residue, then cut the both side of the raw banana a bit and then peel off the skin. Cut it to desired slices.
  2. In a pan add 1 tbsp veg oil and add sliced raw banana, ½ tsp turmeric powder, mix all well and cover the pan with lid and cook about 5 to 6 minutes. ( Keep stirring in between )
  3. Meanwhile, in another pan add 1 tbsp veg. oil when oil get hot add mustard and cumin seeds, when they splutter add chopped onions, green chilli, asafoetida, ginger garlic paste and fry until the onions turn transparent.
  4. Now, add ½ tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and stir well. And add sliced and cooked banana and fry for about 4 to 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Here, tasty, healthy raw banana fry is ready to serve. Serve with chapati, roti or rice. Enjoy!!!

( 5 Easy ways to make paratha fluffy, crispy / Restaurant Style Lachedar Paratha /  रेस्टॉरंट जैसा पराठा बनाने के ५ आसान तरीके पहली बार युट्युब पे )

Soft layers concealed by crisp outer layers parathas are made in every home, every home has its own way or method of making parathas. Here are my ways to make parathas. Hope you all will like it, pour your love and please let me know which way you liked the most!

Preparation Time :10 minutes ; Cooking Time : 10 Minutes ;
Rising and Cooling Time : 30 Minutes.


Ingredients :

  1. All purpose flour 2 cups
  2. Milk powder 1 tbsp
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp (optional)
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Ghee / Butter 3 tbsp
  6. Water 1 cup to knead dough

Recipe :
To Make Dough :
   In a bowl add all purpose flour, milk powder, salt, sugar and mix all well and by adding water knead for 4 to 5 minutes to make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.




Different Styles or Ways to Make a Paratha :

1) Cone Shape Way :
       Take dough ball, roll out dough with the help of rolling pin in a circular shape (appro. 7-8 inch in diameter). Now spread ½ tsp ghee evenly over entire surface and sprinkle ½ tsp all purpose flour over it.   
      Now, with the help of cutter or knife, make half cut from centre to edge. Then roll out and this will look like a cone shape, then place big size of cone over rolling board and press down from another side, and then you will see the layers. ( To follow perfect procedure, see the video ).

2) Rectangular Shape Way :
        Take dough ball, roll out dough with the help of rolling pin in a rectangular shape (appro. 7-8 inch in diameter). Now spread ½ tsp ghee evenly over entire surface and sprinkle ½ tsp all purpose flour over it.
        Hold from one side and fold to keep on another side & pleat the paratha till the end. Roll the pleated edges tightly and twist it from both the side and join the edges to make round shape dough ball (as shown in the video).

3) Pleated Way :
         Take dough ball, roll out dough with the help of rolling pin in a circular shape (appro. 7-8 inch in diameter). Now spread ½ tsp ghee evenly over entire surface and sprinkle ½ tsp all purpose flour over it.                        
         Hold from the edges start to fold & pleat the paratha till the end. Roll the pleated edges tightly and join the edges(as shown in the video).

4) Circular Shape Way :
         Take dough ball, roll out dough with the help of rolling pin in a circular shape (appro. 7-8 inch in diameter). Now spread ½ tsp ghee evenly over entire surface and sprinkle ½ tsp all purpose flour over it.
         Hold from the edges start to fold paratha till the end and roll the pleated edges tightly, twist it and join the edges to make round shape dough ball (as shown in the video).

5)  Laccha Paratha :
         Take dough ball, roll out dough with the help of rolling pin in a circular shape (appro. 7-8 inch in diameter). Now spread ½ tsp ghee evenly over entire surface and sprinkle ½ tsp all purpose flour over it.   
          Now with the help of cutter or knife cut the rolled paratha into small parts then keep cutting parts over one another one by one and roll the pleated edges tightly and roll to make round shape dough ball (as shown in the video).

( For best results cover and place this pleated dough into refrigerator for 15 minutes ).

To Make and Cook Paratha :
     Take out pleated dough balls from refrigerator, lightly dust with flour and now roll into round parathas.
      Heat the tava and  place the paratha on the tava when little bit hot apply ghee, turn the paratha when one side is partly cooked and apply ghee on the other side. Cook for a minute, flip again for a couple of times, till the parathas are browned evenly and well cooked. Here, multilayered, fluffy, crispy and yummylicious parathas are ready to serve, it taste awesome with paneer curry, chickpeas curry, dal makhani, or with any Indian curry. Enjoy!!!

Based on a 2000 calorie diet.
Per serving contains 195 calories, along with carbohydrates - 27.71 g, dietary fiber - 1 g, fats - 7.77 g, proteins - 4.2 g.

* For best results place this pleated dough into refrigerator for 15 minutes
* These paratha dough can be frozen too. Take them out 1 to 2 hours before  you want  to prepare them and leave to defrost. Then cook as described above.!

फुलपाखरू! छान किती दिसते फुलपाखरू!!
OMG!!! A butterfly landed on my head and hand.
 
Be prepared for the wows! Ooohs! Ahaas!
 
          My McDreamy told me that this is a place he wanted to take me. Let me say I'm so glad he took me there! What a beautiful place! Butterflies are fluttering everywhere. It's like walking into a dream. The little girl in me came out, and I walked in a fairy world. Beautiful butterflies everywhere with vivid colors. We had a moment there, absolutely beautiful moment! So let's have a ride!!!

Butterfly World is located in Tradewinds Park, Coconut Creek, Florida, United States. The facility houses around 5000 live butterflies.

What to see:
1)Laboratory :
           As we entered first passed​ the labs where the various stages that a caterpillar goes through before emerging as a butterfly, it also shows the life cycle of butterflies and laboratory where they breed them.
  2) Amazing world of Butterflies:
          Then we entered​ the amazing world of butterflies. As soon as we walk into the butterfly habitat, there are thousands of butterflies flying around. It was magical. We feed them, for that we have purchased​ nectar to feed them for $1. The butterflies are all around us we seat on a bench and felt the peace and serenity. I am lucky, a butterfly land firstly on my head that was a white color and has black circular dots over his wings and second butterfly land on my hand! So peaceful and the colors were unbelievable, vibrant blues, red and greens, combinations and many more different colors and sizes.
3) Flowers Section:
             Then we entered to the Passion flowers; all were so beautiful, especially the passion flower arbor. Jewels of the Sky Aviary is where hummingbirds and other birds also seen.
4) Birds section:
               Passed on through to magnificent flora, then we entered​ the amazing bird aviary. The birds were fun as well as the butterflies and flowers. There is a room where we feed small parrots, and at the very first time, I was scared, when parrots land on my hand, that was fun too.
5) Butterfly exhibit and Bug Zoo:
                Next are the butterfly museum and bug zoo. Some of the bugs are frightening. The Bug Zoo displays live insects including water bugs, spiders, wasps, walking sticks, and mantis.
