How to Make Aloo-Carrot Tikki
Hello everyone,

All-time favorite Aloo tikki is a popular Indian Street Food recipe. I made aloo tikkis with carrots and paneer. Tikkis are soft inside and crispy from outside. Taste of tikki is tangy, spicy and hot. It's going well with ketchup. It is one of good evening snack recipe. Carrots are evergreen carb to eat. Eating carrots, potatoes, and paneer make you stay fulfilling for a long time.


Preparation Time: 10 Minutes; Cooking Time: 10 Minutes ;
Total Time: 20 Minutes.
Ingredients :
  1. Potatoes 2
  2. Carrots 1 cup grated
  3. Paneer 25 g
  4. Bread crumbs ½ cup
  5. All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
  6. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  7. Green chili 5 strips
  8. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Coriander Leaves ¼ cup
  12. Amchur powder 1 tbsp
  13. Olive oil 4 tbsp


Recipe :
  1. Mash boiled potatoes with a potato masher.
  2. Now, add grated carrots, paneer, bread crumbs, all-purpose flour, red chili and​ amchur powder, salt, turmeric powder, corn starch, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Mix everything very well to make a dough.
  3. Divide the mixture into small or medium shaped tikkis. Apply some oil on your palms when making the patties or tikkis.
  4. Heat oil till its medium hot in a tava or a shallow frying pan. gently place the aloo tikkis and pan fry them.
  5. When one side of tikki becomes golden and crisp, turn over and fry the other side of tiki, flip them a couple of times and crisp evenly.
  6. once done, then drain the aloo tikkis on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve aloo - carrots tikki with ketchup, coriander chutney or tamarind chutney. Enjoy!!!

How to Make Baked Potato Fries 
Hello everyone,

Everyone loves fries, but weight watchers afraid to eat it due to its extra fried oil calories. So now here is a solution to eat fries without worrying about calories. Super tasty, crispy, fries made without frying! Baked salty, crispy, garlic potato fries goes well with ketchup, they're perfect party appetizers and slightly addictive.


Preparation Time: 10 Minutes; Baking Time: 25 Minutes;
Total Time: 35 Minutes.
Ingredients :

  1. Potatoes 2
  2. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  5. Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves

Recipe :
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Scrub the potatoes, cut them in slices. Place them into cold water for 5 - 6 minutes. So that will help you to remove extra starch. After 5 minutes remove from cold water and Pat dry them by using a kitchen towel.
  3. Now microwave potatoes for about 2:30 minutes. After 2:30 minutes remove from microwave and again pat dry them.
  4. Now take a bowl and place potatoes and add olive oil, cornflour, salt, mixed herbs, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. Place the potatoes on a sheet pan. Spread the potatoes in a single layer.
  6. Bake the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes. Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp outside, and tender inside. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and if you like to sprinkle cheese.
  7. Here, baked potato fries are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketchup. Enjoy!!!

How to Make Shahi Kheer

Kheer is a traditional Indian dessert. Shahi kheer name itself suggests shahi means royal. It made by including all ingredients like almonds, saffron, cashews, and all other dry fruits they all are considered as royal. So these ingredients made kheer more special. This is a quick and easy recipe and does not demand much cooking skills.


Preparation Time: 10 Minutes; Cooking Time: 15 Minutes;

Total Time: 25 Minutes.
Ingredients :

  1. Whole milk 2 cups
  2. Condensed milk ¼ cup
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Butter/ghee 1 tbsp
  5. Dry fruits ( Almonds, cashews, raisins, dates )
  6. Vermicelli 25 g
  7. Saffron 1 tsp
  8. Coconut desiccated 2 tbsp
  9. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  10. Food color, Rose and orange flavors (optional)
Recipe :
  1. Place a heavy bottom pan on low flame, add whole milk, heat the milk on high flame. Heat milk to till boil, make sure that the milk cream doesn't stick to the bottom. To avoid overflowing of milk keeps stirring.
  2. Once the milk starts the boiling, lower the heat to make it medium for 5 minutes, now add sugar and condensed milk. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in another pan add 1 tbsp ghee and roast all the dry fruits and vermicelli.
  4. Now, add all the roasted dry fruits and vermicelli into the milk pan. Stir and mix it all well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  5. Finally, here shahi kheer is ready to serve, (I also added rose and orange flavor, adding red and orange color is optional), it goes perfectly well with the Puris, Chapattis. Or you can have it as a dessert too. Enjoy!!!

  2. Murmure 2 cups
  3. Waffles 6 strips
  4. Chocolate chips ¼ cup

Rose Tea

Preparation Time : 5 Minutes ; Cooking Time : 5 Minutes;

Ingredients :
  1. Rose petals 1 cup
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Cardamom powder 1 tsp (optional)
  4. Honey 1 tbsp (optional)
Recipe :
  1. Take a cup of rose petals. Make sure you discard the white colored base. Wash the petals in clean water and dry them by patting with a kitchen towel.
  2. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a near boil in a saucepan.
  3. Now, add rose petals to the near boiling water then after a few seconds turn down the heat, and add cardamom powder and honey and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes by which point the petals should have turned dark.
  4. Strain out the petals and fill a cup with your finished tea.
  5. You can add spices, tea powder and sugar to taste although it tastes delicious without any additions.
