Ingredients -
  1. Coriander seeds powder 1 tsp
  2. Honey 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric 1 tsp
  4. Multani mitti (optional)
Procedure -
        Take a small bowl and add all the ingredients. Prepare a face mask with coriander seeds powder, honey, and turmeric. Apply the mask all over the face and let it dry for 4 to 5 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
*  If you have Oily skin, then add multani mitti. 👍

Kadhi Pakora/Pakoda

Kadhi Pakora/Pakoda is one of the famous Indian recipes, it is sour, little spicy to taste as well as easy recipe too and made with yogurt and gram flour.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes, Cooking Time: 10 Minutes



Ingredients :

  1. Yogurt / curd 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  3. Green chilies 10 strips
  4. Garlic 6 cloves
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  11. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  12. Water 1 glass
  13. Butter/ghee 1 tbsp




Instructions:
1) Preparation for kadhi - Place 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp gram flour/besan, and 1 glass of water into the grinder. Grind this till mix all these three ingredients. Keep aside. Take a mortar and pestle, place chopped green chilies and garlic into it and mash well to make a coarse paste. Make onion pakora and keep aside.
2) Tempering the kadhi - Turn on the heat and add 1 tbsp ghee in a small pan. Now add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds along with the curry leave first. let the mustard seeds and cumin seeds start popping & crackling. Stir it well and add green chilies, garlic paste, and asafoetida. Saute for a few seconds till the green chilies and garlic darken a bit and add turmeric powder stir it well. Now slow down the heat and add the ground mixture, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Take care that it should not overflow. After cool down place onion pakora into it. It's ready to serve. Serve with chapatis or with rice.

Kesar - Badam Milk 
        
Preparation And Cooking Time: 5 Minutes.
Ingredients :
  1. Almonds (Badam) 20, soaked overnight in water.  
  2. Saffron (Kesar) 1 Tsp
  3. Whole Milk 2 cups.
  4. Honey (Madh) 2 tbsp.

Recipe :
  1. Soak 20 almonds in water overnight.
  2. The next morning, peel the skin and grind the almonds.
  3. Take two cups of milk in boiling pan and add saffron into it.
  4. Boil these almonds paste with a mixture of milk and saffron. Stir it well. Add 2 tbsp honey for taste.
  5. If you want more sweet you can add 1 tbsp sugar.
  6. Boil it till milk get warm. Turn off the flame and sieve it in a cups.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits. And it's ready to serve.
