Wheat Garlic Bread / Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients :
- Milk ¼ cup
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Oregano 2 tsp
- Cheese 1 cube
Recipe for Garlic Breads :
- Take a bowl and sieve wheat flour then add half tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, oregano 1 ½ tsp, butter 1 tbsp, grated garlic 4 cloves and mix it well, keep aside.
- Take a half cup of milk or you can use water too. Make it a little bit warm. Add yeast 1 tbsp, half tbsp sugar and mix it well. Keep aside for 10 minutes to rise yeast.
- After 10 minutes take a bowl of mixed wheat flour, salt, and sugar, add yeast mixture into bowl, knead to make a soft dough for about 4 to 5 minutes. If needed add minimal milk or water to make dough soft. Knead till dough get soft.
- Once the dough is soft and ready then keep dough into the butter coated bowl. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrapper. Keep it aside for 2 hours to proof.
- After 2 hours remove the plastic wrapper and knock on the dough and make it air free. Remove dough from the bowl and knead for 3 to 4 minutes. Then divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Knead and make round shaped balls of each part of dough.
- Take one ball, flatten it using hand and roll into 6 - 7-inch circle. Use wheat flour to make rolling easy. Now, over that circle apply a paste of butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
- Now, take a baking tray, place aluminum foil and grease with butter. Furthermore, make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
- After 1 hour remove the cloth, coat with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top of the dough balls.
- Preheat oven at 360 Fahrenheit. It's ready to bake. Bake garlic bread for 20 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
- Finally, soft, spongy and yummy garlic bread is ready to serve. Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
Recipe for Garlic Cheese Bread :
- Take another ball, flatten it using hand and roll into 6 - 7-inch circle. Use wheat flour to make rolling easy. Now, over that circle apply a paste of butter, garlic and coriander leaves. Further top mozzarella cheese on half of the circle. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
- Keep into a baking tray, same as used for garlic bread and coat with butter. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
- Preheat oven at 360 Fahrenheit. It's ready to bake. Bake garlic bread for 20 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.
- Finally, soft, spongy and yummy garlic bread is ready to serve. Cut the garlic cheese bread into pieces and serve.
